Jim Moses | Senior Vice President of DFW Operations

Jim Moses serves as Senior Vice President of DFW Operations, overseeing the operations of American’s largest hub.

Previously, Jim managed American’s operations at Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) and Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). As a leader, Jim is known for his collaborative approach to driving change. His track record of success includes leading the PHL and LAX teams to deliver their all-time best performance across key operational metrics.

Jim began his career with American as a Flight Attendant in 1982. Throughout his tenure, he has held a variety of leadership positions in Miami, New York, Boston and at American’s headquarters, including Managing Director of Customer Care in Miami and Managing Director of Premium Customer Services.

A native of northeastern Pennsylvania, Jim earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration from John Carroll University. Jim proudly serves as the Executive Board President of the American Airlines Family Fund, the Executive Sponsor of the airline’s Generation Now Employee Business Resource Group and as a Sponsorship Committee Member of the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital’s Evening Under the Stars fundraising event in Dallas.
