Chaminade-Madonna College Preparatory and Genuine Foods Announce New Multi-Year Dining Partnership
Chaminade-Madonna College Preparatory (CMCP), in partnership with national food service provider Genuine Foods, will launch summer dining service on June 1, 2026, with the fully reimagined cafeteria program opening for the start of the 2026–27 school year. The five-year agreement brings a chef-driven, scratch-made program built for the Lions community.
The new program represents a fresh chapter for dining at CMCP, bringing scratch-made meals, modernized service, and a hospitality-first approach to the Lions community. The partnership strengthens the on-campus experience through expanded variety and globally inspired dining concepts shaped around the South Florida community CMCP calls home.
The reimagined dining program will feature:
• Chef-driven, scratch-made stations in the cafeteria, including globally inspired cuisines, home-style grill favorites, and handcrafted pizza
• GenuineX, a custom sports nutrition program for Lions student-athletes, developed with FWDfuel and focused on performance, recovery, and the development of the whole student-athlete
• Immersive hospitality and culinary training for the on-site team, grounded in Genuine Foods' signature service standards
• Student engagement programs including Food Councils, Try-It Tuesdays, surveys, and Food Boards designed to keep menus responsive to student feedback
“Dining is central to how our students experience campus life, and we wanted a partner who treats it that way,” said Andre Wangard, Assistant Head of School at CMCP. “Genuine Foods shares our commitment to the Lions community — investing in our students through real food, real hospitality, and a program built around the people we serve here in Hollywood.”
Genuine Foods worked closely with CMCP leadership, students, and families to design a program that honors the school’s Marianist mission and tradition of radical hospitality while elevating every part of the dining experience — from chef-led culinary training and menu development to a refreshed cafeteria experience, transparent monthly reporting, and stable on-site leadership.
“We believe that good food unlocks potential,” said Paula Reichel, Chief Innovation Officer for Genuine Foods. “The Lions told us what they wanted: more scratch cooking, more variety, more hospitality, and a dining program that feels like it belongs to Chaminade-Madonna. We’re proud to be building that with them, and we can’t wait to open our doors this summer and welcome the full Lions community back to a reimagined program when school begins.”
