Glenn Cook graduated from Chaminade-Madonna in 2003, where he competed in both football and baseball. As a Lion, he was part of back-to-back deep playoff runs in the 2001 and 2002 football seasons, capping his career with a Class 2A state championship game appearance in 2002 — the program's biggest stage in his era. He went on to become a four-year letterman linebacker at the University of Miami — playing 47 games and recording 185 tackles — and was named senior captain in 2008, earning Miami's Plumer Memorial Award and Melching Award for leadership. A true two-sport athlete, Cook was also drafted by the Chicago Cubs in the 2009 MLB Draft and played 34 rookie league games.

He began his NFL career in 2011 with the Indianapolis Colts, followed by four years as a Pro Scout with the Green Bay Packers. He joined the Cleveland Browns in 2016 and has spent the last decade rising through the organization. Now in his fifth season as Assistant General Manager and Vice President of Player Personnel, he partners with GM Andrew Berry to lead all roster and strategic football decisions, including the team's free agency and draft processes. Cook holds a bachelor's in marketing and management and a master's in sports administration from the University of Miami.

Glenn has been married to his wife Kelem and together they are the proud parents of Isaiah and Zahara. The family calls Cleveland home, where Glenn serves on the Board of Adoption Network Cleveland — advocating for children and families touched by adoption — and on the Board of the YMCA of Greater Cleveland, which strengthens kids, families, and communities across Northeast Ohio.
