Distinguished Alumni Hall of Fame

Jenifer Calcamuggi graduated from Chaminade-Madonna in 1992. Her path as a leader began in high school, where she was a varsity pitcher on the softball team, a cheerleader, editor of the school newspaper, both a Life and Encounter leader, and president of (SADD). These experiences laid the foundation for her lifelong commitment to service, teamwork, and learning—values she continues to embody today, including her support of Mothers Against Drunk Driving.

Her journey has taken her from the classroom to the executive table, with more than 25 years of experience spanning education, healthcare, and global business. Jenifer has dedicated her career to helping people grow, teams thrive, and organizations transform—from teaching in the classroom to guiding global brands like Office Depot and Shake Shack. A published contributing author and sought-after speaker, she is now the Head of Organizational Development and Learning at UF Health, a premier academic medical center affiliated with the nationally top-ranked University of Florida. Known for her humility, passion, and authenticity, Jenifer is celebrated as a servant leader who empowers others, builds trust, and inspires lasting transformation.
