A big thank you to (from left to Right) Mr. Reavey (Director of Campus Ministry), Ms. Harvey (Director of College Placement), and Brother Jack (Director of Mision Integration) for modeling the 60th Anniversary shirts today. And thanks to all of YOU for the overwhelming response to Founders Week! We've sold out of our shirts! Read on for how you can still participate.
Meet the new Director of Campus Ministry!
If you receive an email from Mr. Reavey, you might notice the phrase “Enjoy today” at the end. CMCP’s new Director of Campus Ministry says this is a sort of mantra for the year, as it encourages him and hopefully others to be in the moment.

Mr. Reavey joins CMCP with 15 years of experience serving the Marianist Province of the U.S. From getting involved with community service and retreats the University of Dayton, to a year of service with CAP (Catholic Appalachian Project in eastern Kentucky) and 3 years as a youth minister at a parish in New Jersey, he’s excited to be in South Florida and focus on the “heart of one community.”

He’ll split his time teaching two sacraments courses, working with student leaders, mentoring L.I.F.E. (Living in Faith Experience) communities & the S.A.L.T. (Serving and Leading Together) team as well as planning youth retreats. He’s already preparing for these retreats and says they are a great opportunity for students to, “take a step back, reflect, relax, pray and build community with their peers.”

Mr. Reavey is looking forward to providing leadership and faith-building opportunities for all students through campus ministry. He embraces all of the Characteristics of Marianist Education, but most notably this year, educating for adaptation and change.
He acknowledges that the past year has looked different for most of us and says, “Remember to enjoy today and let God lead.”
Welcome to the CMCP team, Mr. Reavey!

Important Updates

The new CDC guidelines will recommend close contacts of those infected with the coronavirus should quarantine for 7 to 10 days after exposure, down from the 14 days currently recommended. Individuals can end their quarantine after 7 days if they receive a negative test, or 10 days without getting tested.
If you are not coming to school, do not fill out the Daily Screening Form - even if attending classes online. The Daily Screening Form should be completed by students who will be physically present on campus for that day.
