Chaminade-Madonna College Preparatory to Host Second Annual Lions' Main Event Gala

Hollywood, FL
– Chaminade-Madonna College Preparatory will host its second annual Lions' Main Event Gala on Saturday, November 11th at The Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina. It is presented by The Cambridge Network, Nativity School, and Nova Southeastern University.

The evening kicks-off with a cocktail reception and silent auction, with music entertainment provided by the C-M Jazz Ensemble. The evening will also include a special dance presentation by the nationally-accolated Lionesses Dance Team. Additionally, the gala will feature a Magic Mirror Photo booth that provides photographic fun and interactive excitement for all, and the DJ will be spinning tunes from across the decades as guests dance the night away.

Auction items will include resort stays, luxurious vacation getaways, fine dining experiences, exclusive professional sporting event experiences, signed memorabilia, local attraction passes, and much more.

The cost to attend is $135.00 per person or $270 per couple. This cost includes admission to the Gala and a chance to walk home with a cash prize. Sponsorship opportunities remain available, with marketing exposure and exclusive giveaways included in all sponsorship levels.

The proceeds from the 2017 Chaminade-Madonna Lions' Main Event Gala will provide financial support for Chaminade-Madonna's educational, art, and athletic programs and will directly benefit the students of Chaminade-Madonna.

Congratulations to our CMCP Lions football team for being crowned the 3A State Champions after defeating King's Academy with a final score of 38-10. The championship game, which took place at Camping World Stadium in Orlando, marks consecutive visits to the 3A State Championships for the Chaminade-Madonna Lions and their fourth state title. "To me it's more than just a back-to-back State Championship," noted Head Coach Dameon Jones. "It's about teaching these young men how to overcome adversity. My goal has always been to mold these young men into successful student athletes and it couldn't be done without the support and help from the entire Chaminade Madonna community."
